Sales strategy, program implementation, goal setting, annual forecasting, process optimization, policies and
practices, sales reporting, marketing materials, budgeting and team management.
Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
Monitor customer, market and competitor activity.
Partners with senior sales leadership to identify opportunities for sales process improvement and
customer sales specialists, implementation resources, service resources and other sales and management
resources as needed.
Meet sales and profitability expectations.
Manage a team of 7 - 10.
Reports to the VP Sales.

Demonstrated sales and sales leadership success and the ability to create and execute sales strategic plans.
