Job Description

Manufacturer and supplier of innovative fresh and further processing equipment to the beef, poultry and seafood industries that include blending, frying, breading, battering, mixing, forming and slicing equipment. Responsibilities: For sales of capital equipment (marination, portioning, forming, batter, breading, frying, support equipment), aftermarket parts for the food processing equipment, and service, Customer Service, Technical Service, Project Management, Product Development. Sales strategy, program implementation, goal setting, annual forecasting, process optimization, policies and practices, sales reporting, marketing materials, budgeting and team management. Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities. Monitor customer, market and competitor activity. Partners with senior sales leadership to identify opportunities for sales process improvement and customer sales specialists, implementation resources, service resources and other sales and management resources as needed. Meet sales and profitability expectations. Manage a team of 7 - 10. Reports to the VP Sales. Travel 30%+. Qualifications: BS/BA. 8+ yearsâ?? of food industrial equipment sales experience. Demonstrated sales and sales leadership success and the ability to create and execute sales strategic plans. Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with key customers. Well-developed skills in sales force management. Travel as required.
