This client company, a dynamic and growing insurance firm, is seeking a skilled and experienced professional for the position of Account Executive in the Employee Benefits division.

This role is crucial in managing larger groups, with a focus on preferred accounts.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in self-funded, large account management and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and cultivate relationships with larger groups, focusing on preferred accounts.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee benefits, particularly in the realm of self-funded and large accounts.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the satisfaction and retention of key accounts.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality services and meet client expectations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and innovations in the employee benefits space.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations to enhance their benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive in the Employee Benefits space.
  • Strong background in managing larger groups and preferred accounts.
  • Expertise in self-funded and large account management is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to understand and address client needs.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field.

Working Conditions:

  • Hybrid role with two days in the office, based in Deerfield, IL.
  • Regular collaboration with internal teams and client meetings.
