Responsibilities: Support the companyâ??s food manufacturing industry clients that are using their data management system in production and quality management to make data driven decisions. The system delivers real-time statistical process control from data and delivers it straight to production via a process control dashboard. A multi-faceted engineering role that include pre-sales, working with the sales team to provide high-level application support and to manage the relationship with customers post-sale, installing, connecting systems and devices, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with in-house IT. Liaison between development team and the client to identify bugs and implement solutions. Assist in the mentoring team members and guide their development. Qualifications: BSEE with a preferred electronics discipline or BSChE or BSIE or similar field. 5+ years process engineering experience in food production.
