As a Project Manager in the Finance Department, you will be responsible for leading internal projects aimed at driving efficiency, improving the customer experience, and reducing the overall burdened cost of executing business.
Responsibilities Collaborate with internal stakeholders to lead the process of creating business requirements, functional/technical design, configuration, testing, implementation, and post-implementation support.
Develop ROI for projects and prioritize initiatives based on that analysis.
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure allocation and availability of resources.
Lead projects and manage entire project lifecycle, including planning, executing, monitoring project progress, and communicating status.
Escalate and resolve issues as necessary to ensure scope control and to deliver projects on-time and on-budget.
Coordinate with users (technical, business and management) to define and document needs, goals and constraints.
Develop project plans to track progress and communicate status to internal stakeholders.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Research and resolve process deficiency escalations received by the Sales organization.

Experience translating high-level business objectives into requirements, designs, functional and technical specifications, integration and UAT test scripts, and conversion plans
Must have experience integrating with back end enterprise systems including ERPs, CRMs (Salesforce.com preferred) and Product Information Management Systems (Stibo STEP preferred)
Experience in both waterfall and agile methodologies
Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, OneNote, and Project)
Bachelorâ??s degree in business or related field or equivalent documented experience and skills
3-5 years of project management experience
PMP certification a plus
