Seeking an HR Manager for a large growing global manufacturing company. This person will design, plan, and implement human resources programs for a 375,000 square foot manufacturing plant with 1,000 hourly employees, 100 salaried employees and 6 direct reports. They will also administer corporate policies relating to compensation, benefits, visa or green card processing, employee relations, training and health and safety programs. The ideal candidate will be someone that is proficient with employee relations and detailed-oriented. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. At least eight (8) years related experience. Advanced knowledge of governmental regulations and general Human Resources practices. Extensive experience resolving a broad range of employee relations problems. Advanced ability to encourage communication and resolve conflicts is essential. Must be able to advise subordinates in order to meet schedules and resolve problems.
